Garlicky Lemon Broccoli With Sumac and Chickpeas

2 heads fresh broccoli (or 1 bag frozen)
2 bell peppers sliced
1 red onion sliced
1 large lemon
1 can chickpeas
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sumac
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 425F
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix broccoli, peppers and onions on one side of the baking sheet and chickpeas on the other
Sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper and sumac over all ingredients
Slice lemon and squeeze juice over all the pan and then toss the lemon onto the baking pan
sprinkle just the chickpeas with garlic powder
Bake for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are cooke and chickpeas are crispy!
